Which one of the customer support is best ?


Email email or Live chat

Email support :

1. Support agent can take time to response the queries

2. Maintain the issue email thread is difficult.

3. Impossible to take survey

Live chat

1. Live chat agent provide immediate response for customer questions.

2. Maintain the chat history in control panel and access anywhere and anytime.

3. Conduct the survey after the chat conversation end, based on the survey result we will improve our way of customer support.
